We're talking our book boyfriends today. One of my favorite subjects and I invited the rest of the writers at Romance Weekly to tell me their top three.
So, you've either swooned your way over from Leslie Hachtel (if not, jump back and see who makes her heart flutter) or you've joined me right here. Welcome and ENJOY! I know I'm going to.
The toughest part of this was confining myself to just three. I know, right! There are just so many dreamy men written between the pages of these romance novels we love so much.
But here's my stab at my top three, bearing in mind this can change with the next hottie I read.
I'm going to start with an old favorite, Hardy Cates from Blue-Eyed Devil by Lisa Kleypas. Loved the whole book, but this bad boy's tenderness with the wounded heroine will always win him a place in my heart.
I'm adding a new boy to my list, thanks Rhenna Morgan for the introduction. The incredible Reyes Farrow from Darynda Jones's series with smart mouth, fabulous heroine Charley Davidson. Darynda pairs Charley with the son of Satan (literally) and I've read all seven books in the series and I still can't get enough Reyes.
And I can't believe I have to stop now, but I'm going with another Lisa Kleypas man for my last pick today: Sebastian, Viscount St. Vincent from her historical "The Devil in Winter". I snagged a little quote from Lisa Kleypas's website to show you what I mean.
And that's my top three. Keep going to find out who does it for fabulous Regency writer, Collette Cameron, and all round wonderful lady.
